As part of the apartment service, we cover the costs of cooperation with booking sites (e.g. booking.com), professional photo shoots, apartment promotion, reception maintenance, hotel software, payment terminal, as well as cleaning staff and cleaning products. We insure the apartment against any damage caused by the guests.
When cooperating with Tyzenhauz, you can count on our constant care of your apartment. After each group of guests, we check the apartment, and all repairs and renovations are carried out on an ongoing basis. The apartment is cleaned in a hotel standard and prepared for the next guests. We work with professionals and architects. We can prepare an interior design and advise you on adapting the apartment to the needs of short-term rental.
